Job Description

Our rapidly expanding client is seeking their first dedicated Data & Analytics hire to build the function and shape the Group's data strategy. Initially, the role will be approximately 60% hands-on delivery and 40% strategy, with scope to build and lead a team.

Responsibilities

Build trusted KPIs, dashboards and management reporting using SQL and Power BI.
Develop data pipelines, integrations and reconciliation processes across business systems.
Improve data quality, governance and migration processes, including for acquisitions.
Translate business needs into practical data solutions and insights for senior stakeholders.

Essential skills

Strong hands-on SQL and advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling and DAX.
Hands-on Snowflake experience is essential.
Experience with data pipelines, integrations, reporting, data quality and governance.
