What you can expect:

• Data-driven analysis in our CDP team with a focus on:
  • Development and optimization of user profiling
  • Modeling of audience scoring
  • Evaluation of zero-party data and behavioral data
  • Analysis of demographic prediction models
    
• Analytical core tasks :
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify user behavior and trends
  • Development of data-based decision-making principles for business and editorial teams
  • Optimization of customer journeys based on business cases
• Stakeholder management :
  • Advising specialist departments on the use of audience data
  • Development of recommendations for action
  • Presentation of analysis results

What you bring with you:

• We are looking for a fully-fledged member of our Audience team who feels physical pain from inconsistent data. Ideally, you love the paradoxical situation of thinking through complex questions to find pragmatic solutions in the end
• Successfully completed studies in business informatics / mathematics / natural sciences with a strong interest in computer science or an equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics / data science / business intelligence, ideally in the area of audience development or CRM
• Excellent analytical skills and quick grasp of complex situations
• Excellent communication, teamwork and coordination skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Preset.io)
• Good engineering skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
