Description Team OverviewThe Document Control department ensures the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of all project related documentation. This team maintains version control, tracks approvals, and ensures that the latest documents are readily accessible to all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. By upholding strict document management protocols, the department supports compliance, enhances collaboration, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all project communications.
Role OverviewReporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the Data Analytics Team, supporting the preparation of accurate reporting and actionable insights. You will be joining a high impact team experiencing significant growth and visibility across the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support business development, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Position Details- Job Title: Data Analyst
- Location: Dundalk
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am 5pm and Friday 8am 3pm
- Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
- Responsible to: Senior Data Analyst
Experienced in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other analytical tools to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Skilled in integrating data from multiple sources, conducting detailed analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, and applying statistical techniques to support business decision making. Adept at collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards and visualisations. Experienced in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI reports, delivering training and "Show & Tell" sessions, facilitating discussions to resolve reporting challenges, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through ad hoc analysis, data documentation, and the development of reporting standards.
