Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Commercial Analyst to join an international digital solutions organisation operating across Europe, North America, and Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in shaping commercial decision making across a fast paced, high growth environment.

You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and senior leaders across multiple regions, delivering insights that drive revenue performance, optimise commercial strategy, and support executive level decision making.

• Analyse large datasets and key business KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Deliver high quality reporting and insight for senior leadership.

• Build and maintain models forecasting market trends, customer behaviour, and financial performance.

• Collaborate with cross functional and regional teams to provide actionable commercial insights.

• Monitor commercial initiatives and recommend optimisation strategies.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Prepare visualisations and reports for technical and non technical audiences.

• Produce monthly trade reporting, revenue analysis, margin analysis, and profitability analysis.

• Support pricing analysis across regions.

• Lead improvements in data quality, data capture, and data consistency across the group.

• Stay up to date with modern analytical tools and techniques.

• Experience in a fast paced commercial environment working closely with commercial or finance teams.

• 5 plus years analytical experience using tools such as Power BI and Azure Data Studio.

• Strong SQL, Python, and advanced Excel capability.

• Ability to translate large datasets into meaningful insights and clear management information.

• Confident communicator able to present insights to senior stakeholders.

• Strong PowerPoint skills.

• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.

• Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable challenging the status quo.

• Experience in Business Services is beneficial.

• International exposure (Europe or US) is a plus.

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
