Data is central to Bionic's business strategy, and this role is crucial for delivering on this goal. You will work on enhancing our data and reporting architecture to simplify complex business processes and improve customer experience, leveraging top analytics tools.

You will access diverse data sources, translating analysis into actionable insights and recommendations swiftly. The role involves applying statistical and analytical techniques to discover, test, and measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

You will be a key member of the Analytics team, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Digital, Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.

This position is ideal for a Junior Analyst eager to develop their skills within a rapidly growing tech company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Deliver critical analysis and insights as part of a small, skilled team.
2. Code and analyze Bionic data to address business challenges and opportunities.
3. Develop analytical solutions that generate tangible business value.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, confidently sharing your ideas.
5. Implement rigorous testing and measurement methodologies across products and functions.
6. Communicate findings clearly to engage stakeholders and support decision-making.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to business problems.
8. Share knowledge and contribute to team and company growth through training and documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets, preferably cloud-based.
• Knowledge of statistical and data science techniques (forecasting, regression, clustering, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Degree in a numerate field (Math, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, digital or commercial environment.

• Initial conversation with Talent Acquisition.
• First-stage Teams interview with the hiring manager and a Data Analytics team member.
• Second-stage in-person case study interview.
