Commercial Analyst (RGM, GTM)

The Role

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Go-to-market (GTM) strategies, to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing structures, and promotional effectiveness to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and distribution strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance commercial channel performance.
  • Support leadership in long-term planning and execution of strategic initiatives.


Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, and sales performance optimization, sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of RGM and RTM.
  • Experience with Nielsen data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience working with large datasets and predictive modeling to support business decisions.
  • Understanding of digital commerce, omnichannel strategies, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to drive commercial success.
