What you'll do:

• Track key merchandising metrics using advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas)
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for global teams
• Structure and manage large datasets for strategic decision-making
• Validate data across systems (MMX, AV, Airtable, Tableau)
• Champion innovation in reporting and automation

What we're looking for:

• Strong Excel & Tableau skills
• Experience with Airtable or similar tools
• Proven background in data analytics or merchandising systems
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
