Job Description

Data Analyst - Quality & HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Contract: 6-12 months initial contract
Start: Mid-November
Location: Remote (within Europe)

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in Quality to join a global organisation on a long-term contract assignment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the Quality function, helping to enhance operational excellence, compliance, and performance visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary data focal point within the Quality & HSE function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports to drive insights and support decision-making.

  • Work with large datasets using SQL (Snowflake) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Operations, and HSE to streamline processes and improve data quality.

  • Operate within an SAP system environment, ideally with prior experience in Quality-related modules or processes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive data monitoring and reporting.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Data Analyst.

  • Strong background in Quality processes or Quality systems within regulated industries (FMCG, Retail, or Pharma preferred).

  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and Power BI (dashboard development).

  • Experience in SAP environments; exposure to Veeva is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
