You will work on a project for a global social networking company that develops applications enabling people to connect, share ideas, photos, videos, and engage online across multiple devices.
What will you do?- Assist the client's community and resolve inquiries empathetically and accurately
- Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards
- Review reported content within set turnaround times and quality metrics
- Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
- Make balanced decisions and advocate for a positive user experience
- Investigate and resolve issues such as account support requests and abusive content reports
- Analyze data to identify ways to improve the overall user experience
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Use market-specific insights to develop scalable community support solutions
- Recognize trends and elevate issues outside policy to the global team
- Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C2/C1)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1)
- Strong cultural understanding of the Danish market
- Office experience preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable, consistent, and hard-working
- Passionate about ensuring a positive and safe user experience
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new information quickly
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
