About the Role

Are you a flexible, enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant looking for supply work? Aspire People is seeking dedicated individuals to cover daily absences in Walsall schools. You'll provide vital support to students with additional needs and gain a variety of classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SEND pupils on a day-to-day basis
• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and learning tasks
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
• Ensure pupils' safety, inclusion, and engagement
