We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and a passion for turning data into strategic solutions.

• 3-5 Years

• Collect and organize raw data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain and update data pipelines and repositories.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data insights.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with data visualization platforms Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in data analysis or a related role.
