D365 Managed Services Director - Outside IR35

D365 Managed Services Director, Outside IR35 £550 per day, 6 months, home based (hybrid 1 day per week in London)

Do you have experience leading Dynamics 365 support and managed services teams? There is a contract position at a Microsoft Partner for a Managed Services Lead / Director to continue to develop and scale the managed services function.

Ideally you will have experience leading managed services teams within Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, as you will need to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, improving client experience, and evolving the support model into a proactive, value-led service.

This is an initial 6 month contract, outside IR35 and rates of £550 per day. This would be largely home based with one day per week in the London office, moving to fortnightly after a couple of months.
