Position: D365 Business Central Finance Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Amsterdam area

Job Description:

An established international organization in the distribution sector is seeking a Functional Consultant ERP to join their CoE team. This is a Europe-wide role within a fast-evolving environment, focused on the rollout and enhancement of a custom ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn business needs into ERP solutions across supply chain, procurement, sales, and finance.
• Create functional specs and scalable configurations using standardized templates.
• Partner with developers to deliver, test, and validate ERP rollouts.
• Train users and provide expert-level support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Stay ahead of ERP trends and drive ongoing system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar custom ERP systems.
• Specialism withing Finance modules.
• Understanding of ERP development environments, including AL/CAL, SQL, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ERP modernization initiatives or tools like Microsoft PowerApps is beneficial.
