The 0-19 Starting Well Service is looking to appoint a My Well Being Advisor to work in the Ellesmere Port and Neston district.
This is a part time position (30 hours per week) with working days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming, customer focused front of house function within Children Centre sites across the borough.
- Apply the 'Making Every Contact Count' (MECC) approach, delivering motivational, evidence based brief interventions.
- Signpost families to partner agencies and community resources to support children and families with a wide range of health and well being needs.
- Offer first line enquiry support and triage to families for promotion and engagement with the 0 19 Starting Well Service.
- Deliver brief interventions on a variety of well being issues.
- Provide administrative support using electronic records and reporting systems.
- Contribute to quality assurance to meet service performance objectives.
- Liaise and communicate daily with service users, carers, external agencies and trust departments.
- Engage in group delivery and support service advisory board meetings.
The trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
