McDonald's is looking for a Cyber Security Officer to help shape and secure the future of our technology landscape. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the implementation of cyber security frameworks across people, processes, and technology-ensuring our systems and data remain protected in an ever-evolving digital environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and enhance cyber security tools and processes.
• Lead incident response activities and simulations.
• Oversee outsourced SOC teams and cyber security partners.
• Facilitate audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments.
• Drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and update policies and standards in line with best practices.
• Provide cyber security expertise to support transformational change.
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting aligned to business KPIs.
