Cyber Resilience Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Resilience Programme Manager to lead resilience assessment workshops and drive key projects within the banking sector.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and sponsor requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing all resources (including subcontractors), and fostering a collaborative environment by removing obstacles and enabling productivity.

You will deploy consistent project management techniques, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Experience with agile methodologies and rapid response to complex challenges is essential.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and dev-ops teams, demonstrating expertise in system architecture, cyber security, IT risk management, and business resiliency.

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years' project management experience
• Prince2 Practitioner certification
• Scrum Master (PSM I)
• Proven workshop facilitation skills
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and ISO 27000 frameworks
• Cyber security threat management experience
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile practices
• Proactive leadership and excellent communication skills
