The Role

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience handling Cyber Claims

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex Cyber and Tech E&O claims proactively, resolving coverage issues early.
• Present clear claims information to clients and insurers and address queries promptly.
• Ensure timely insurer payments and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and underwriters.
• Support broking and finance teams with accurate claims data and smooth payment processes.
• Stay up to date with market developments and manage workload efficiently.
