Cyber Awareness Manager

We are looking for a proactive Cyber Awareness Manager to lead the design and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs. The role focuses on creating engaging materials, upskilling client-facing teams, and building scalable awareness initiatives that highlight strong cyber defences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging cybersecurity awareness content, including presentations, simulations, insights papers, and other client-facing assets.
• Own learning pathways for client-facing teams, ensuring materials are relevant, engaging, and effective.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into awareness programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design and enhance training initiatives.
• Measure and report on the impact of awareness programs.
• Promote a customer-centric approach in all initiatives, ensuring programs meet client needs.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience designing and delivering marketing, training, or awareness campaigns, ideally in cybersecurity or risk.
• Familiarity with behavioral science, learner psychology, and engagement techniques.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
• Experience with content management systems and internal communication/training tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
