Job Description: CutOver Lead
Location: Copenhagen (or remote in EU timezone)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Cutover Lead to join our team for a critical program running from now until the end of October. The ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen and will play a key role in ensuring the successful transition and implementation of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on S/4 HANA FI/SD/MM modules in connection with surrounding system and analytics reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage business and technical cutover activities preparation and execution for large-scale programs, ensuring seamless transitions across all business functions and systems.
- Develop detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists for business activities, S/4 HANA, surrounding systems and analytics reporting solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams spanning Europe and India to align cutover activities and resolve issues swiftly.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on cutover progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges.
- Support and guide teams through full cutover and ramp-up cycles, leveraging deep expertise and best practices.
- Lead business ramp-up activities, system stabilization, handover to Operations and Hypercare phase of the program.
- Travel within EU may be required as part of project coordination and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program and cutover management for large transformation programs, with at least three successful cycles in S/4 HANA surrounding systems and analytics reporting.
- Proven expertise and understanding of Sales, Distribution and Finance processes and related technologies.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across regions and cultures.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe if required.
