Customs Clearance Officer

With branches in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, they specialize in overseas warehousing, customs clearance, and transshipment services, supporting China Europe cross border e commerce and international trade.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance procedures for imports and exports.
• Ensure compliance with UK customs regulations and procedures.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients to resolve clearance issues.
• Process customs declarations using CDS (Customs Declaration Service).
• Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and declarations.
• Assist in resolving any customs related delays or discrepancies.
• Provide support for cross border logistics operations between the UK and Belgium.

Job Requirements

• Experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Knowledge of UK and EU import / export regulations.
• Familiarity with customs declaration systems (CDS, CHIEF, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred but not required).
