Customer Training & Content Lead - FinTech SaaS

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Content & Community Trainer to develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and guides for our CLMi product. You will foster customer participation in the community, moderate content, and coordinate live training sessions with Customer Success Managers.

You will collect customer feedback to drive feature ideas and improve the user experience, while creating tailored learning journeys and certification programs for diverse client needs in the fintech space.
