Customer Team Member: Flexible Shifts & Full Training

The Co-operative Group in Brodick is seeking a Customer Team Member to support store operations and deliver friendly service. You will help customers, stock shelves, and work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts including weekends.

Full, paid training is provided. The role may involve working in post office, bakery, or online order packing, depending on the store. You'll promote Co-op membership and serve the community daily.
