Customer Team Member: Flexible Hours & Training

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local store in Kirkwall. You'll deliver friendly, helpful service and help keep shelves stocked, with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience for our community.

You'll work as part of a friendly team across a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with full training provided and opportunities to support post office, bakery, or online order services where available.
