Customer Team Member - Retail Store

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Histon to provide friendly service on the shop floor, at the tills, and in post office or bakery areas as needed. You'll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support daily operations.

The role offers about 15 hours per week with regular overtime, early mornings and weekends on pattern, with full training. We welcome applicants aged 18+ and emphasize community focus and member benefits.
