Customer Team Member - Flexible Shifts & Local Impact

The Co-operative Group is hiring a Customer Team Member at our Longniddry store. You will join a friendly team, deliver helpful service on the shop floor or at the till, and help keep shelves stocked while supporting everyday store operations.

You'll be a visible presence in the community, assisting customers and promoting Co op Membership to maximize the benefits of shopping with us. This role includes evenings and weekend work as part of a flexible schedule.
