Customer Team Leader: Lead Store Team & Flexible Shifts

Co op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Parbold to manage day to day store operations while leading a shift team. The role requires hands on work on the shop floor and tills, delivering excellent service and efficient store performance.

You will motivate and coach colleagues, engage with merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes, and champion Co op membership and community engagement. This permanent, part time role includes regular overtime and varied shifts.
