Customer Team Leader: Lead Store Operations & Service

Co-op store in Denny is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and excellent customer service. You will lead shifts, coach colleagues, and help drive efficiency on the shop floor and tills.

This part-time role requires flexibility across opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends. You'll also engage in merchandising, stock checks, and community initiatives to grow Co-op membership.
