Customer Team Leader - Lead a Busy Store & Community

Co-op Digital is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Golspie. You'll lead a small team on shift, run the day-to-day store operations, and deliver great service to our community in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role is part-time: 20 hours per week with overtime, paid £14.48 per hour. You'll handle tills, merchandising, stock checks, and staff coaching, while promoting Co-op membership and local partnerships.
