What you will be doing:

• Leading and motivating a high performing Fleet Compliance team
• Managing day to day operational activity to achieve KPIs and service levels
• Coaching, supporting and developing team members to help them succeed
• Monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and driving best practice
• Resolving challenges quickly and effectively within a busy environment
• Supporting operational efficiency and cost control across workshop operations
• Building strong relationships across departments to achieve shared goals
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence

About you

• Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
• A customer first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements
• The ability to motivate, coach and inspire a team in a fast paced environment
