Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. Investigate customer issues on platforms like Amazon and eBay, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Manage escalated cases from the first-line team, addressing more complex problems. Perform administrative tasks related to sales platforms and maintain service levels. Collaborate with colleagues in online meetings to stay connected and aligned. Monitor and respond to emails within agreed service level timelines.
