Customer Support Representative (Flemish) Social Media

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your role will focus on understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to an international e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, logistics, and platform usage
• Provide timely and accurate support to buyers, sellers, and content creators
• Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures
• Maintain high service quality and meet performance standards

Requirements:

• Flemish (C2 level) - mandatory
• English (B2 level or higher)
• Previous experience in customer service or social media support is an advantage
• Good understanding of e-commerce environments
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Office hours:
• 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal

Salary & Benefits:

• 1,750 EUR gross 14 months
