Customer Support Engineer

5+ years experience

In depth knowledge of ADMS S6

Knowledge of Power On Fusion or Power On Advantage

UI SCADA and modelling tools

Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Jasper, Cassandra

Transmission and Distribution electrical grids

Distribution Power Flow

TCP/IP, IP Addressing, routing, LAN, DNS, AD

Firewalls and Switches

Troubleshooting and isolating issues in all areas above

NERC CIP standards

Strong analytical and communication skills across all levels
