Customer Support Administrator

Hays are working with a Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Customer Support Administrator on a permanent basis , this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Support function by acting as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, responsive, and solutions-focused service that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens long-term client relationships.

Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role would involve:

  • Customer Support & Communication.
  • Serves as the primary interface for customer enquiries within the Customer Support department.
  • Generate and issue quotations for recommended system spares.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in both paper and digital formats.
  • Support the arrangement of scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding service logistics and updates.
  • Ensure availability of required materials and manage travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate the timely completion and submission of service reports.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Developed IT competence and adaptability to new systems.
