JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (Market Research)

SALARY: Up to £40k + bonus

LOCATION: London (3 days in the office)

KEY DUTIES
  • Onboard and train customers, configure platform to research goals, troubleshoot surveys, integrations, ensure sales handoff.
  • Build strong relationships driving upsell of research services, digital twins, success plans, reviews, renewals proactively.
  • Analyse usage with analytics tools, identify risks, improve experience, represent customers, maintain knowledge base updates.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Market research customer success/project management experience, client-facing, survey programming, analytics tools expertise.
  • Proven account management achieving upsell targets, excellent communication explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated, relationship-focused problem solver passionate about SaaS, comfortable owning projects, thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
