Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to ensure hospitality companies achieve maximum value from our platform while building strong, long-lasting partnerships. You'll act as their trusted advisor, proactively engaging to drive adoption, upsell opportunities, and retention.

- Build deep expertise in our product suite, competitors, and pricing.
- Deliver demos of additional features and payment solutions, highlighting their value.
- Spot upsell opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team on tailored expansion strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking hoteliers.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to track satisfaction and performance.
- Provide training and resources to help hoteliers maximize product usage.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify risks of churn and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address concerns quickly and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Strive to convert satisfied customers into advocates.
- C2 level German & C1 level English
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Strong communication skills: empathetic, patient, yet confident in leading conversations and upselling when appropriate
- Motivated to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Experience in hospitality or SaaS environments
