The Customer Success Manager (CSM) for France is responsible for partnering with customers and prospects to achieve their goals and desired outcomes with Bluebeam solutions. The CSM is an expert in the functional use cases of Bluebeam's solutions across all core industry verticals and roles we support. The focus is to ensure that customers are receiving the value they expect from Bluebeam's solutions so that they will renew, expand and advocate for the adoption of Bluebeam across France with all project partners.

What you'll do:

  • Support pre-sales opportunities by demonstrating Bluebeam's capabilities and answering the prospect's product related questions.
  • Support onboarding of new customer users by demonstrating Bluebeam's best practices for the customer's desired use case(s).
  • Partner with customers to create success plans that enable the achievement of the customer's desired outcomes.
  • Deliver activities driven by a success plan including knowledge shares and project kick-offs.
  • Connect with End Users to gather current use cases, metrics and opportunities to capture additional value.
  • Share value and usage data with customers in business reviews to secure renewals and encourage expanded investments in licenses and training.
  • Represent Bluebeam and industry events including trade shows and conferences.
  • Partner with Marketing to help create and deliver customer facing content including webinars and videos.

What we need from you:

  • Strong background in Architecture, Construction or Engineering (Structural, MEP, Civil, Energy) Industries.
  • Experience and familiarity with modern design and construction software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong software skills including typical office programs such as MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Teams, etc.
  • 5 years in a professional Architecture, Engineering, and or Construction role.
  • Additional experience as a Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer or Account Manager preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable trade program completion
  • Strongly preferred experience using Bluebeam Solutions
