Overview 
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and help them succeed on the platform.
Description: You'll be the go-to contact for VirPoint clients, ensuring they get the best from our tools, support, and services. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, product understanding, and a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities- Onboard and educate new clients on platform features
- Manage client relationships and act as the voice of the customer
- Handle inquiries and coordinate with support and trading teams
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities
- Monitor client activity and ensure satisfaction
- 2-3 years in account management, fintech, or customer success
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial instruments
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused, with a proactive approach to service
- Comfortable communicating with high-net-worth clients
