Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and help them succeed on the platform.

Description: You'll be the go-to contact for VirPoint clients, ensuring they get the best from our tools, support, and services. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, product understanding, and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and educate new clients on platform features
  • Manage client relationships and act as the voice of the customer
  • Handle inquiries and coordinate with support and trading teams
  • Identify upsell and retention opportunities
  • Monitor client activity and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2-3 years in account management, fintech, or customer success
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial instruments
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused, with a proactive approach to service
  • Comfortable communicating with high-net-worth clients
