Role: This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading global software solutions business that provides market leading construction software solutions. Boasting some excellent clients within the AECO sector, this company is seeking a Customer Success Manager who is a very focussed and very customer driven! The ideal candidate will be responsible for client adoption and onboarding, 'churn mitigation', relationship building and retention. Inheriting between 35-40 accounts initially, which will rise to a maximum of 50, the accounts will be a mix of both mid-sized customers as well as large, enterprise clients. Responsibilities- Responsible for client adoption and onboarding
- Churn mitigation and retention
- Relationship building with assigned accounts
- Account management of 35-40 accounts initially, rising to a maximum of 50, with a mix of mid-sized and enterprise clients
- 2-5 years customer success/account management SaaS experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- A stable career record
- Degree educated
- Energetic, proactive, driven and "bubbly"
