What you'll be doing:
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in a regulated environment
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive renewals
- Conduct quarterly reviews, lead meetings, and act as a trusted advisor
- Support retention strategies and contribute to team success
- Share best practices and support wider business goals
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in client retention and upselling
- Experience in financial services, RegTech, or other regulated industries
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Natural relationship builder - strategic and hands-on
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
