Customer Success & Business Ops Coordinator

Bestway-Group is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to work with the Business Support Manager and Team Leads to deliver the highest level of Customer Service and Business Administration support to the organisation and its membership.

Key duties include managing the pipeline tracker and launch planner, maintaining contracts, ensuring transparency of performance and information, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries within agreed SLAs.
