Customer Success Advocate - Galway

HID Global in Galway, Ireland is seeking a Customer Advocate to join our growing Customer Success team. You will build and maintain relationships with customers in your region and support order management, sales and internal teams to ensure an exceptional experience.

You will learn HID PACS products, manage customer queries by phone and email via Salesforce, and help coordinate with multiple departments to expedite orders while upholding high service standards.
