Our client in Oxford is currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis, 37.50 hours per week. This is an opportunity to join a friendly team and a rapidly growing company that can offer opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your new role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service to customers handling enquiries, registrations, and renewals. You will make up to 50 targeted outbound calls per day, to businesses and customers to explain the benefits of the services the company provides, assisting them with the subscription process. You will be expected to log and maintain records of customer contact, activity, and outcomes on the internal CRM system. You must be able to work to targets and thrive in a phone-based role (inbound and outbound calls).
What you'll need to succeed

You will be a driven and motivated individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets. You will maintain a personable and positive attitude when speaking to customers and dealing with setbacks. You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and/or will be comfortable with customer contact through a high volume of calls. Ideally, you will have experience of either outbound or inbound calls.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a salary between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience alongside a very generous benefits package. You will also work on site 2 days per week with the rest of the time worked remotely. There is parking.
