An experienced Mandarin and or Cantonese bi-lingual person is ideal for this position. This is a 5 days a week shift-based job.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of expertise in shipping service to China.
• Excellent client service skills (Calls, Emails, Chats, etc).
• Excellent at solving problems in time-sensitive situations.
• Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and IP phone skills are required.
• Can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.
