Customer Services Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming reception service across three sites.
• Greet visitors, customers and contractors, ensuring appropriate sign in procedures are followed.
• Ensure reception areas are well presented, safe and welcoming at all times.
• Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.

About You

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Can build positive relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Is confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Is flexible and willing to travel between sites as required.
• Has previous reception and customer service experience.
