Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in customer facing role ideally fromhospitality, retail or tourism background
  
• A genuine desire and ability to work with the public in afront line, customer facing role
  
• Ability to build rapport with customers and be approachable,knowledgeable and helpful
