Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to handle all customer queries that come into the customer care centre ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and prompt response to their query. It requires liaison with multiple internal departments. This role is based in Oranmore, Co. Galway.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest levels of care to customer satisfaction
• Providing accurate and timely responses to all queries
• Effectively interacting with other members of the team
• Answering the phones in a timely manner
• Taking orders and allocating to Weightsoft system
• Any other duties as required

Person Specification

• Excellent telephone manner
• Good Knowledge of Galway/Connaught areas an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, phone & written) skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Proven strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
