About the Role

You'll soon be working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us wow every customer. This role delivers a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing. You'll develop practical problem solving skills and work quickly and efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but we can train you if you can adapt to a customer focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit car parts and technology.
• Build and service bicycles.
• Deliver market leading standards of service to each customer.
• Work efficiently on a rota basis, including weekends.

Requirements

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
• Experience working toward and achieving sales targets.
