The Customer Service Department is open 8:30am to 10pm Monday - Friday and 9am-7pm over the weekend. You will need flexibility to do some evening and weekend work. These roles are office based in Leamington Spa.

We are looking for enthusiastic and efficient administrators to join our Customer Services team based in Leamington Spa. These roles are to support during our peak period, ensuring that we are still able to provide a fantastic experience to our customers during our busiest time of year.
Working in partnership with the Customer Service team, you will be supporting with a range of administrative duties and also helping to process customer returns.
About youThis role would be great for someone who is really interested in gaining experience working in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. You will be friendly and personable and really eager to learn new things.
Previous experience in an administrative role is not necessary. What is much more important to us are your organisational skills, your ability to pick up new information and a real connection to Bravissimo's purpose.
