Job Description

Driven by a strong service culture, we place customer satisfaction at the center of our actions and provide personal support at every stage.To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for: Service Technician (Photovoltaics)You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that specializes in photovoltaic solutions. In direct collaboration with our partners and manufacturers, you will play a key role in the commissioning and after-sales service. Your work will mainly take place during the phases of commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and handling warranty and service cases - always with the goal of ensuring a high level of quality and maximum customer satisfaction.Main Tasks:A. Technical support on-site and remotely- Commissioning of photovoltaic systems in the residential area (inverters, self-consumption systems).- Deployments mainly in German-speaking Switzerland, occasional support in French-speaking Switzerland.- Technical support via phone and partner assistance, and internal support.- Technical support for the sales team during sizing, commissioning of photovoltaic systems, and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with a structured and solution-oriented after-sales service and warranty processing.- Comprehensive management of warranty cases and analysis and tracking of technical issues.- Cooperation with manufacturers for sustainable and efficient resolution of technical issues.Profile:Education and Experience:- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as an electrician or comparable technical training.- Experience in photovoltaic or energy systems is an advantage.Skills:- Solid knowledge in electrical engineering and familiarity with circuit diagrams.- Affinity for new technologies and basic knowledge in them.- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems.- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a pronounced prioritization ability.- Structured and reliable working style in follow-up and technical tasks as well as teamwork in a fast-paced environment.- Continuous training on various brands and products.- Native German speaker; basic knowledge of French and English (oral and written).- Proficient in common office tools and a driving license is mandatory for field service positions.If you enjoy technical challenges, direct on-site contact, and solving concrete problems, and if you want to work in a company that actively contributes to the energy transition in a human-sized environment, we look forward to receiving your application!Please send your resume and application to: Email. jid9fb95e9aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
