Location: Sutton

Pay: £12.71 p/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri; Weekly paid every Thursday.

Benefits: Paid holiday, Pension enrolment after 12 weeks.

The Individuals

• Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Sutton
• Must have previous customer service experience
• Confident communicators both verbal and written
• Self motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
• Strong work ethic and a team player

The Role

• Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
• Updating internal systems
• Escalating complaints to relevant departments
• Ongoing temporary position until 31st December 2026
